This is a small community, so you'll get 24/7 coach access, meal prep/diet guides and assistance, Team ZOOM calls, and a solid team of motivated dudes to train with.

I repeat, this is not the usual TrainHeroic static program mill. This is a team. You will get much more than just a training program.

I've been coaching athletes, Tactical athletes and physique for over a decade. This program is a good option if you can't afford or don't want to pay for custom 1:1 coaching, but want a solid program and a solid team, and a coach who will still be responsive for you.

The goal here is to build monsters. Bigger, stronger, and ready to back it up.

Train With a Purpose
Your training year-round will be mapped out for you in phases. Hypertrophy phases, strength phases, and some power and explosive training sprinkled in to make sure you stay ready. While the larger emphasis here is on physique and strength, we still sprinkle in some power/explosive training and athleticism to make sure we all stay ready.

How long are your training sessions?
Typically 60-90 minutes.
Why is this program better than others?
This program stands out as most others are simply workout programs. This is a community with a dedicated coach, mindset and nutrition resources, team Zoom calls and more. We simply out-deliver and out perform the competition.
Can I do this program from my home gym?
Yes, and I routinely assist my athletes with making this work.. very doable, with a decent home gym setup.
Are you available if I need help with something?
Yes. I am a highly available and responsive coach. I am here for you if you're on this team.
